Please have the item that we are collecting easily accessible with a clear path to the exit. If it is an item that will need dismantling before carriage, please have it dismantled and ready to go unless otherwise arranged with us. If you have small children and/or pets, please have them in another room or otherwise safe as an accident involving a large piece of furniture and a child or small pet could be serious. If you are the receiver of the delivery, please follow all of the points above. If you are elderly or have mobility issues then please leave it all to us. Do not try and move any furniture, we are more than happy to prepare your home for the job and if you need anything putting outside to make room it isn’t a problem.
